OT: Matthew David has arrived

My ninth grandchild and 3rd grandson Matthew David was born yesterday. He's

8lbs 4 ounces, 21 inches long and according to DS has a head of blond hair. I haven't seen him yet. We were on Cape Cod when he was born. We came home today so that we can see him. It took us awhile to get packed up and get the house cleaned up this AM, added to that it 's a 5 1/2 hour drive home, we needed to get something to eat so it wasn't possible to get down to the hospital. The hospital is another hour drive from where we live. DDIL said she will be home tomorrow and will let us know when she gets home so we can see him. His 3 1/2 yearold big sister is thrilled with him. She says he's her baby. I'll send a link with pictures as soon as DS posts them. He's been a little busy the last few days. Juno

I can imagine! Pass on my congratulations.

Aged 4, my brother went on and on and ON about 'my sister' when Little Sis was born... He was quite startled to discover that Big Sis and I were also his sisters!

Congratulations! maybe if you make some sleepers for him you can let me know how to figure out those snaps...........LOL just joking, I have had it with snaps!
