Right this minute we are high and dry but don't hope to hold onto the 'dry' part very long; anticipating about 20" of rain. Polly

The hurricane wasn't so bad but the floods and tornados coming in now Really Are. I'm going to sleep in my Sunday Best pajamas... just in case. Polly
For flooding, I would think you would avoid the cyclone cellar. But for tornadoes, that's the place to be. You're sort of between a rock and a hard place.
