I don't have one, but I have seen these patterns in the Simplicity and McCall's line. Hancock and JoAnn's fabrics have sales on their patterns for 99 cents each from time to time.
Simplicity 5288 and 8693.
HTH,
I just measured mine up, made up paper templates and used the templates as patterns. The mixer's I had to hem a bit more to get it right at the counter but the other covers (bread maker, juicer) came out perfect.

I just put mine back in the cupboard where they belong - it's a *very* small kitchen
Mine's so small I don't have cupboards (well, one, but my food's there ...)!

"...where they belong..." "WHERE THEY BELONG..." !!! ??? Who are you, the self-appointed kitchen police?

Hehehehhehe! If my food processor lived in the cupboard, I'd never use it! Too flaming heavy to lift in and out. The kettle, the microwave and the coffee machine all live out as well, as does the whizzer-onna-stick, the soda stream, and the kitchen scales. The only things that live IN the cupboard are the electric can opener (gets pulled out if I'm opening more than two cans that don't have ring pulls), the coffee grinder, and the toaster (gets used a couple of times a week), and the more esoteric attachments for the food processor, like the juice extractor, the lemon squeezer, and the fancy disks and blades. They live in their box in the cupboard.
I also seem to have more work surface than cupboard space...

In *MY* kitchen, yes I flippin well am!
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! I had heard about the quilt police, but didn't know there was kitchen police, too. *wringing hands* Whatever shall I do? My kitchen is tiny! I have almost no counterspace and few cabinets. Woe is me!
YIKES! If there is a kitchen police, they would probably arrest me and administer capital punishment!
LOL Same here. DH couldn't understand why I was *organizing* the pantry...well, who does the most cooking...ME!! SO I'd like to be able to find things without having to root under half-empty bags of chips, kids snacks, etc., etc. ALso, I designed the kitchen before we remodeled it, and I had VERY specific ideas of what would go where. SInce he didn't ask and only provided the manual labor (without questions or anything), I don't think he has any right to question now...so yes, things have specific places in my kitchen and they better dang well be there when I go to look for them!!

If they came to take me away my son would throw them in the rotisserie and roast them. The Stomach On Legs would take on the meanest of the mean if they came to take away She Who Cooks The Food. ;)

Now, this is on about.com so you are forewarned about the popups and the goofy bar at the top. But! Here is free directions on how to measure and draft patterns for your own covers:

I used to have the same arguments with my ex. I did most of the cooking etc., so it was up to *me* to decided where things lived, how many of what utensils we really needed, etc.
Now I don't have that problem - and the kids know that the reason that lives there is that if it doesn't, those won't fit in here. We have had the odd reorganise now that they're taller ;)
Ho yuss! I go nuts if things are not where I expect them to be! It's taken 20 years, but AT LAST DH knows the can opener goes in the BOTTOM drawer with the LUMPY things! ;)
But the appliances we use all the time live out and don't have dust covers.
Nonononono! I LOVE My acres of dark blue shiny work tops! And it was a long hard battle to get them right! Kitchens Direct still have the scars...
My kitchen is long and narrow but lacks walls, so I have what they call a 'galley-L' layout: Down one side and round the corner into the dining room. Makes the whole space LOOK bigger, and I went for the 900mm tops, so they are wider than average, but I still only have room for two full sized cupboards and one stack of drawers, with an extra cupboard for dry goods in the dining room.
So when the K.P. crew is finished with the kitchen, have them clean the rest of the house.
