***Ping*** Doreen

Aaack! I just open my scanner to copy some tax stuff, and found the "Fashion Doll Form" sheet in the scanner. Dang, I hate it when I do that! I'll get it off to you this afternoon.

Sorry,

Beverly

No problem! I'm forever leaving originals in the copy machine or the scanner.

Not long ago an old photo turned up that I knew should be sent to my sister, the family archivist. Then I couldn't find it, and turned the house upside down looking for it for half a day, before thinking to look in the scanner...

Thanks for understanding. I didn't make it to the post office today after all, I was a little peaked after I donated blood, but I should get there tomorrow. It will probably arrive about the same time as the package. ;-)

"CYE"??? Sorry that's not an acronym I'm familiar with. I'm so glad you liked the bits I sent.

Beverly, headed to Seattle tomorrow to watch DGD dance

Right, got it. I'm so glad you liked the fabrics I sent, and I think you would have fun making the Aboyne outfit, it has lots of fiddly little bits, and you certainly do well with that kind of sewing...at least your patchwork bags lead me to that conclusion. ;-) I didn't include directions, but if you need them just let me know.

Oh, I just love the challenge of fiddly little bits. :) And your precisely drafted pattern is practically self-explanatory...puts some commercial patterns I've seen to shame. Thanks again!

Thanks! Now if I could just lay my hands on a pattern for the vest for DGD. I hate starting from scratch, but that may be what I end up doing, I've had no luck at all in locating the commercial "Heather" pattern, and the company is out of business.

BTW, in case you do make the vest for DGD's dolls, I made a template from stiff plastic to help *turn and press* the scallops at the bottom. I'm sure you can figure out the sequence on putting it all together. ;-)
