I'm not Joy, but this morning on rec.crafts.textiles.sewing she posted that she hasn't gotten any new messages on this group (alt.sewing) since October 13. It's under the heading Bernina 2500 CET. Apparently, she's having some kind of problem getting her messages. What a horrible time for that to happen, when she could be basking in all this glory!

Oh yeah! My husband finally got something to download, so I may be back. I can't wait to get to all my old messages. It has been so hard being "cut-off" from the group. I don't have a cell phone, I don't have a need for much other technology (other than sewing related stuff) - but just don't take away my sewing newsgroup!!! I was wondering if anyone had read Barb's column because most of my own friends hadn't (but they aren't sewers). Withdrawal symptoms subsiding.......Joy
