Pressing Finished Garment Advice Needed

Since so many of you sew professionally, I know you know how to best press a finished garment. I have a great pants suit (fitted blazer jacket & trousers) that has become crushed in the wardrobe/closet. It is lightweight polyester, with lining. The sleeves look awful and I can't seem to get a nice press in them. Your advice greatly appreciated! Thanks, PAT in VA/USA PS: I'll need to wear it in an hour, not that I'm rushing you or anything! LOL ;)

Not a professional presser or anything, but my instinct would be to stuff the arms out with t-shirts or fabric or something and steam gently at a distance with an upright iron Hope that helps Claire in Montréal, France.
