I've noticed several recent posts with questions about how to alter or
change the style of T-shirts.  The T-shirt aficionados may be interested
in this episode of the Threadbanger podcast (one of my very favorites!)
available on iTunes...

... or on the Threadbanger.com website.  There is also a great book by
Megan Nicolay, _Generation T: 108 Way to Transform a T-Shirt_

Have fun!

I have iTunes, but it takes foooooreeeeeveeeer to download.  I found the
same videos on YouTube - http://youtube.com/user/ThreadBanger which is
much faster.  I really liked the one on screen printing.

That is why I included the URL for Threadbanger... for those who needed
a different option.  BTW, if you have AppleTV and a minimum 802.11g
wireless, you can stream YouTube stuff directly to your TV.

Isn't that weird..... both seem to download at the same speed for me on
DSL... though I've heard people say that iTunes is especially busy on
the weekends.  I'm guessing they probably give priority first to paid
downloads (like music purchases) and then to high speed connections.  I
liked the Threadbanger on screen-printing too and the one at the family
reunion where they made the sleeping bags for homeless folks.
Threadbanger is pretty cool... refreshing to see so many young people
doing crafts and sewingI

Also found
http://youtube.com/watch?v=YRLCHj2mDFE
which is David
Coffin's instructions for copying a shirt -- which method could be used
to copy just about anything.  The demo is worth a thousand words.

Re: T Shirt Alterations and Fun...
David Page Coffin may be claiming this method, but it has been around
a lot longer than he has.  I've been using it for at least forty
years....

True enough.  I don't know that he's claiming anything, just
demonstrating how to do it.  In that case, a picture is worth 10,000
words to some of us.
