I've figured out why they call it a green thumb. It's green from pulling weeds and pinching off "suckers" without my gloves. ;) I always see "just one or two" when I don't have my gloves on..... 45 minutes later I'm still pulling. lol

Oven dry them Cut in half place on oven try and set oven on low and dry them for several hours Can also be frozen and added to pasta sauces or make tomato sauce.
