WAY OT: My dad is published!!1

Okay, not related to sewing, though I may turn the cover design into a commemorative quilt for him...anyway, my dad wrote a fictional book - Death Row Defender. It is currently available in E-book for and is at the printer for trade paperback. You can get more info at

Dad has wanted to do this for years, and I am so proud that he followed it through and everything...This is what he really loves doing, though in real-life, he is still a practicing attorney.

SOrry, had to share!!

LArisa, neck deep in fabric thanks to the tiny-almost2yo-terror throwing fabric around the sewing room earlier today

Yay Dad! Isn't it great when our parents are still doing new things! :)

And hug the Tiny Terror for me! She obviously appreciates fabric and like it like I do - everywhere! I'm off to tidy MY sewing room today, and make room to shift the treadle in temorarily, for the plumber to work on other parts of the house: removal of old boiler from kitchen wall, installation of new boiler in cupboard upstairs - which requires new route for things like gas and water pipes!

As long as its not a horror novel I am so up for reading it! (even hearing a commercial on tv for scary movies gives me nightmares......reading one would be 100 times worse than watching a whole movie)

I totally relate to your little terror. Brianna is 20 months old on the

21st of sept.

Fun.......Fun.......Fun.......
