They verified by e-mail and shipped on the 18th, tracking said it crossed the border on the 19th. The package came TODAY! The color is fabulous, and I also ordered 42 thistle buttons and more silver braid for the jacket and vest, all of which was also perfect.

'm going over Sunday to do a 40-point measuring (exaggerating, but only slightly) of DGD, then I'll either create a pattern using Pattern Master Celebrations or alter one of Claire Shaeffer's Vogue patterns (maybe 8333 or 8481).

know Clair's patterns would be well drafted and that the sleeve head would fit the armseye, so it would just be a matter of omitting the lapped front and redrafting the neckline and hem. Hmmm, what to do, what to do....Beverly
