I have one, I hope this works, I have never sent attachments before. There is a picture that is a word document, but the directions are a pdf file. If it doesn't work let me know and I will have my sister help me. My e-mail is snipped-for-privacy@aol.com

Attachments are generally forbidden in newsgroups (except for those which have the words "binaries" or "pictures" in their names), and most news servers will strip them off the messages. Usenet was and remains a text-only medium, even though you can read it on the Web these days.
The best way to distribute this kind of stuff is to get some Webspace somewhere so you can upload it, and then post the URL to the newsgroup. There are a lot of free photo gallery type sites out there if you don't have your own Web site.
