I think it may be useful to pen turners as a way of quickly and accurately making the brass tube segments you need, particularly if you are making a lot of pens and would rather not pay the premium $$ for the premade kits - this would let you buy tubing by the meter (yard?) and then cut to length quickly and accurately. And, it's a cool looking tool anyway. Bill
