Does anybody know where can I find blades for my Kelton bowl saver that work from the left (i.e. headstock) side of the stock? Nobody seems to be showing them on their websites. Are they special order items?
Thanks, Bill

I don't want to say anything which might startle you, for fear of spoiling a good trend, but you should know that your input is always welcome, and has been missed.
Also, let's not dwell on the reasons you left, lest we start the problem again.

I think you can use the same blades from either end of the blank - the curve works in either direction on mine!

Please ignore my last post - Me thinks me is losing my mind!

Leo, do you mean the post where Lyn said "Actually this settles it, I'm out of here for good." 8^)

A hearty OT amen, Leo. Good to see a fellow COC around rcw more often. I doubt that Lyn startles easily. Arch
Fortiter,
Bill,
Let me know which size blades and which curve you would like in left hand and I will direct you to a source.

Bill: Is your lathe set up to turn in reverse? If so, why not use the standard blades and turn from the back side of the lathe. View it as just woking from the same position, only turned 180 degrees. I believe that I discussed this with Greg at one of the symposiums at PSWC. You would need to make sure your chuck or faceplate will not spin off. Just a thought. It is on my list of things to try when I get around to it.
