All the ends are in!

I finished weaving in the ends of my niece's Christmas present tonight! Now all that is left is to felt it (at my mom's house, since my washer is too gentle), get a handle on it (I don't want to use a knitted one, maybe a metal one), and put some sort of support into it since I don't like how flimsy it feels to me.

I made her this lovely bag

in green and purple, and also one for my nephew's girlfriend in grey and red. I have a red and grey one that I haven't done the weaving for yet, but my other nephew's girlfriend just broke up with him, so I don't have to have it ready for the holidays! When I finished with the weaving I expected my husband to be as happy as I was, but he just didn't seem to get it, so I thought that I'd share here!

Melinda, what a neat bag. You may be surpriced by the sturdyness of your handles, once your bag has been felted. Let us know how it comes out

Hi Melinda,

I know the feeling about men not appreciating the weaving, mine doesn't either, but it doesn't matter. The bag is so cute I know the ones you receive it will love it.

Hugs,

Nora
