I am. And have a look at what has shown up on Elann.com's site today!!!! I don't know if I can restrain myself (wild giggle).

I actually knitted some beaded socks this spring. Unfortunately, they are too small for me. :-(

I couldn't help it - I ordered 2 balls each of Fireworks and Fiesta. I also wanted Tropical Lagoon, but there was only 1 ball left (whine). I still have enough sock yarn in my stash for at least 8 more pairs. I really needed more! (snicker)

You should make that ONLY 8 more pairs. After all Christmas is coming and socks make wonderful gifts. One can never be too rich, too thin, or have to much yarn. DA

I'm not a sock knitter (due to the fact that I cannot use double-pointed needles), but I *love* that last sentence you said. It definitely fits for everyone! ;o)

Yes...but, but - those 8 more pairs (soon to be 10) are for ME!!!! I've already done 2 pairs as Christmas gifts for people I whom I know want them. And my grandkids love getting crazy sox out of my sock yarn leftovers.

Wow - I just went to Elann's site to see if anything else was new, and that sock yarn must be just flying out the door! I'm sure half of it is gone already! I'm glad I ordered when I did. ;>) Shelagh

I know you were joking but....... Euwww! Yuck! Even thinking about it gives me the collywobbles. I've seen some of those embroidered shoes and while the needlework is stunningly beautiful I can't look at them any more because they make me so squeamish.

Heh, heh - thanks a bunch - I heeeaaar youuuuuuu; but the Tropica is not the same as the Tropical Lagoon.... both were fab, and I wanted both of them, but held off and stuck with the Fiesta and Fireworks. I was considering the Apple Harvest too. (smirk). I can't believe how fast some of that yarn went out the door!!
