I understand how to knit and purl but am kind of confused when it comes to "working with the wrong side of work facing you". Sounds like a silly question but I am not quite sure on how this should be done properly.
Think of it in terms of public and private. The right side is always the public side of the work, what you want everyone to see. The private side of the work is the wrong side of the work. Thought I would mentions that since you will probably encounter it in patterns where you are doing stitches other than stockinette.
