Hi everyone!
It's a cold (-10C 14F), clear sunny afternoon here on the Canadian prairie. It went down to -30C last night, so I plugged my car in. It's not too bad outside, since there's very little wind.
Ken & I are working hard, cutting and splitting wood, right now he's got the snowblower going to clear the driveway. I have a nice glass of wine on the counter, and have little sips as I bring in armloads of wood. ;>)
My Chrismas knitting is complete (wipes forehead in relief), but my sweet granddaughter has asked for a pair of gloves to match the fun fur hat & scarf I made for her. I have one glove almost complete, so hopefully will have them in the mail to her this week.
My Australian knitting exchange buddy has suggested the two of us have a KAL for the Hanami Shawl which both of us are anxious to make. Her daughter will be in a chess tournament, so Deb will have lots of time for knitting.
Have a good weekend everyone!
