NYCO finished!!

Before I leave for Budapest tomorrow morning, I wanted to show you my NYCO. I think I will hesitate to start a so big project for a long time; now I look forward to do squares!... and face clothes! LOL!

Welcome back, Eimear! And thank you for the nice words! The pin is made from a silversmith in Kautokeino in the Northern part of Norway. Inspired fom Lapp/Same -tradition. I bought it when I was there 40 years ago, and it was the first pin they made in that seize. When I see the ones they have made later, mine is a bit "rougher" with more metal(silver) used.

I really like the traditional ones, Aud. I can appreciate the workmanship in the more modern designs but they don't "speak" to me in the same way.
