Are you still looking for a pattern? One of the previous replies had a link to Fetching. I recently completed it and it is a quick and easy pattern. I took the advice of a lot of people who've done it before and added a couple of extra rows at the end and just did a regular bind-off (original pattern calls for picot edge which curled for some people). Here's my version (ignore the ugly yarn!):
