According to the news yesterday, tornados in the UK are more common than people think, so I doubt it's climate change. Katherine, a lot of what people think is climate change is simply changes in the cycles of weather than only appear every 40 or 50 years. (shrug)

According to the Weather Channel last night this was the same storm that dumped snow and ice on the Midwest US, then moved through PA and NY and other northern states then went over to London. The UK has about

33 tornadoes every year.

Uh huh. And I just reread my last sentence and it doesn't make much sense (giggle). The last part should read "cycles of weather THAT only appear every 40 or 50 years".
