I have attempted to register on ebay a dozen times. Each time, I fill in everything, then it tells me to go read my email and get a confirmation code. That email never , ever comes to me. And, yes, I did input all the fields correctly.
So I tried live help, which did not respond to any click or key stroke I made.
How else to contact ebay or find out what's wrong?

Not a guru - but I slept last night at a Holiday Inn Express. Ebay has had a huge overhaul in the past month or so. There may be a flaw in their new program that is giving you the problem. I guess (gasp!) you're going to have to pick up the telephone. Or is that what you mean by "I've tried live help" ? Polly
