Because there are Irish in the family, and several in our pack of friends, we don't do "corn beef & cabbage"-- they want to know "why ever would ya'?" They will, however, drink green beer; actually, they'll drink just about any beer, whatever the color. ;-D

I made Irish soda bread and took it into work. Two loaves - 1 1/2 for the gang, and 1/2 a loaf for the security guards. [Every month or so I bring them something, they work hard and keep things running smooth for us!]
