I don't talk to anybody about food choices if I can help it. It's turned into one of those hot button topics like religion and politics. I know all about good nutrition, but I'm a total food sinner. I love sweet. Really sweet. And I indulge on a semi-regular basis. Had a pastry binge day not long ago and felt like I'd put my mortal soul in jeopardy. That said, they were homemade pastries and I know exactly what was in them. I hate the big food industry, and I have a hard time with people who believe if it's corporate and capitalistic, it must be righteous. Big food has been poisoning us for so long, our brains are starting to turn into some bottled cheese product.
