OT: My website is finally live!!

Hi Everyone.......... Gosh, I feel like it's been a hundred years since I've posted here - but I do manage, from time to time, to sneak in for a few minutes and read the NG. I think I've missed some stuff, hopefully nothing too important.

Most of you know that I purchased a business in November, and "officially" took it over at the beginning of December. It's been crazy-busy since then, between the baking, the collar and leash making, the customers, the never ending laundry, the special requests and trying to get my promo ads together. I'm having my big "Grand Opening" bash on March 1st, followed by a St Patrick's Day event on March 15th and 16th. I'm having lots of fun, and absolutely loving every single minute of my "work" life now. It's an absolute joy to work with dogs every day - some of them are just adorable.

Anyway, my website is finally live - I know some of you wanted to know when it was "up". Go take a look at

formatting link
- and look around. Don't place any orders yet, as my shopping cart is having some serious "issues" - or - if you want to try some of my famous, homemade dog biscuits, just call me (phone number is on the website) or shoot me an email to murphyandkaz at gmail dot com - the website email address is quite functioning correctly either - lol.

Hope all is well with each and every one of you. Myself - I'm very patiently waiting for spring!

How exciting! I know my HairyButt Gang will expect me to order some of your most yummy doggie biscuits for them, so be sure to let me/us know when you're ready. Congrats on getting so much done so quickly! Don't rush spring- then you'll have to add gardening and mowing and weeding to your very long To Do List!

Patti, how exciting! Congratulations on finding a wonderful way to live and earn a living while being happy! I'm heading over to your website in just a min. Just wanted to say Hi and tell you to drop in and keep us all filled in on you, the business and the cute mutts that fill your days. :) Anyhow, good to hear from you.

A double blessing. How wonderful to have one of our own having her very special dreamed of business doing well *And* loving it. Somebody (?) said, 'He whose work and pleasures are one are God's chosen few'. During my own career days, I truly looked forward to going to work every day. Maybe not as much as I look forward to not going to work but I had no idea how much I'd enjoy being a deadbeat. Congratulations to Murph and Kaz and Patti. Happy, so happy for you. Polly

Hi Kellie The company that built my website are also hosting it........ if you want to contact them, I believe their info is on my website - I REALLY like them! It took a bit longer than we thought to get the website done, but as far as knowing what they're doing and being very professional, they're top notch. Good luck!

Try WestHost for your hosting. I have all my websites with them and have been with them for many years. They have been excellent and responsive for as long as I have been with them. I, too, create my own websites but they also have a free application to use for website design. Their website is

if you want to check them out. They run specials all the time.

ps - I am only recommending them - no compensation involved. Just wanted to let others know who are asking about reliable hosting services.

Another one to try is GoDaddy. My almost ex used them for our church website- very reasonably priced and they have a very high ranking, too. The website is quite impressive- even if *he* did it! VBG
