We're on the road today, helping DS2 move to Kitchener, about 4 hours from our home. He is moving into a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with his fiancee, and we're thrilled for him. Due to illness, his life has been on hold for several years, but he is finally back on track and ready to move ahead! The next couple of days will be spent moving furniture, boxes and assorted stuff, helping to hang curtains, install ceiling fan and whatever else they want help with before we head home. They both have tons of books, several computers and DS2 has lots of games and assorted stuff, so organizing will be fun for the first while. I've been working on a pieced and appliqued BOM that someone in this group pointed out a year or so ago. Its' called "Pushin Up Spring" from Apple Blossom Quilts. I finished the last block and decided to add a pieced border. Pictures are on my blog, and a picture of the border will be added on Monday.
