OT: surprisingly not going through withdrawl

I am clearing out the sewing room - from patterns to fabrics, and including some finished crafty things, and not a single bit of withdrawl or regret. Well, maybe a twinge for the Keepsake Quilting "Galaxy Medley" that I bought to make a quilt out of for DS. However, he has moved away from space and is now into superheroes, so I just don't have the motivation to make it now.

There are probably close to 30 patterns (clothing, costumes, crafts) that are going away, fabrics that I always thought I would do something with, and I am still clearing out!!

Not that it will make much of a profit, but they will be going on ebay sometime today, and at least it will be more space in my room. I will probably also be going through the accumulated books, saving only the best ones (about ADHD, sensory integration dysfunction, etc.).

The good thing about all of this is that it will make rearranging the sewing room MUCH easier - moving computer back to corner, sewing table under the window (to make use of as much natural light as possible), probably moving cutting table where sewing table is so that I can give myself a larger design wall...wait, that brings this on topic, sort of...lol.

I will also probably get the wall cabinets installed finally - they are sitting on the floor in various locations that make things rather annoying.

Anyway, if you don't read about any progress being made or I don't respond/post for a while, please know that I am holding the entire group in my thoughts and prayers while I try to straighten up this small corner of my life.

See what happens when you get started on trying to straighten the budget out?? You end up thinking of ways to make some money, and then you wind up getting rid of about 1/3 of your fabric stash and 1/2 of your pattern stash!!

Larisa, off and rambling again
