OT: update --

Mom had a small stroke today. MRI is underway now. They think the cancer may have spread to her brain.

This will be my last update on Mom. I appreciate all the support, prayers and good thoughts. Now it's time to just cowboy up and gut it out and all the other tough stuff that we say in hard times.

But before that, I'm going to eat a McDonald's Cinnamon Melt and take a nap. In a quiet, dark room with no 4-year-old demanding stories and lap snuggles.

One really bright note: Both of my sisters are dieting. Both are size

2 and are still losing weight. My little niece announced she would be cuddling with me most while I'm around because I'm soft, not sharp and hard. ROFL I always knew t here had to be an upside to being "fluffy."

I'm really sorry, Sunny. This is very sad. Perhaps you could occasionally let us know how *you* are? . In message , Sunny writes

Don't be too hard on yourself. Now is a time for gentle goodbyes and memories. After, there will be time to grieve. There's a lot of love there for you, and plenty more here: lean on it.

Comfort food is sometimes exactly what is needed.

Hehehehe... I needed to lose a lot of weight, and because of various things I need to keep tight control of it, but a UK size 10-12 on my small frame is quite small enough. Don't like me skellington diggin' in to the matress y'know. ;)
