Perked up by my NSSSF

Today's been a draining day. No, it started last night. LOL I had to get prescriptions from wally world last night and when I went back outside, noticed my SUV had a flat tire. I called DH, knowing he would be able walk me through changing it. Then I had to ask him "Should I be able to push in on the sides of the spare?" Just great. Since he already had both kiddos in bed, a couple young people from church came and rescued me and took me home.

This morning, since DH is still sickly, we went to take care of tires. Thankfully, the tires still were covered by the road hazard warranty, but as a reimbursment. Unfortunately, it took the dealership 2 hours to do 2 tires. But that's what happens when the tire guys pull the wrong size the first time. So we spent 2 hours and $247 at the dealership for 2 tires. I'm just glad we'll get $150 of that back from them. So I guess in reality, it's $100 for 2 tires? That's pretty good. :-) Of course, my play day with Kenda was all pooped on because of the tires. That wasn't fun at all.

So after a draining last night, and a draining morning, my mailman brought a package to my door this afternoon. It was from my wonderful NSSSF, Amy!! YAY!! She sent me a craft keeper with 13 sheets of paper, which all have plans for them already. She also sent me 2 different fibers on fiber cards, and a card of ribbon. Plus a package of MM word charms, some chipboard circles, and a package of kitty stickers. I can't wait to get to play with them!

Thank you Amy for my wonderful package!
