It wsa so appropriate, because DH (who's been sick) told me (I was already in bed) that he'd closed down the house (turned off all the lights, turned on the alarm, etc.) Then I heard Maya coughing on the baby monitor, and asked him if he'd turned on her humidifier and vaporizer (she's also been sick) and of course he hadn't--so I got up, went to go upstairs, and the Christmas tree lights and outdoor lights were still blazing away! D'oh. ;-)
After checking on Maya, I stepped next door to our study and checked my email and got the ecard, which ended with "TURN OFF YOUR LIGHTS!!!" LOL. :-)
