OT but maybe not totally online sewing shop experience

I recently made a purchase from an online sewing supply store of a manual for my serger, a couple of serger blades and a stick on thread cutter from sewingpartsonline.com . When the package arrived I was pretty unhappy to find out the manual was a copy consisting of pages stacked and then stapled rather than printed and stapled in the middle of the page as it should have been.

I sent an email to them describing my complaint and this morning I received a refund for the manual and a very nice apology by email. The copy is very clear and exactly like the manual but I don't like the way it was stapled together. I have the manual as a pdf file and could have done that myself, what I wanted was a new manual.

I've done a lot of comparison shopping of online sewing supplies and this one had the serger blades I need at a much more reasonable price, they also carry lots of other sewing and sewing machine items that I need to buy from time to time.

I can highly recommend their service, the whole experience has made me feel like they value my business. I'm a first time shopper with them but plan to order again soon. I have no connection with them other than being a very happy customer.
