OT: Happy Canada Day!

Well Happy Canada Day to you! I'm not Canadian, but more and more these days I wish they'd let me in.

And the same back at ya from SW Ontariariario.

Unfortunately our plans to attend a large kite festival/Canada Day Celebration in a city a 3 hour drive away fell to bits when the family came down with a strange bug that we either think is possibly a 'summer cold' or the results of mold spores being blasted out of an old window AC unit we were given two days ago that had not been in service for 2+ years.

No-one wants to move far from the AC, their beds or the bathroom today :-( .

Happy Canada Day, to you Michelle & all other Canadians hanging out here! We put flags up in the living room window, and one of the antennae of the mini van. I think we're seeing more flags around Calgary than in previous years. Let's keep it up.
