OT: Folks in Texas

Hi Everyone,

I know there are some gals from Texas and I hope you aren't under water. Watching the news this noon they were showing a place outside of Austin that were underwater. Prayers for all of you. Just wish there was a way you could share the rain with everyone who needs it.

Hugs,

Nora

When the toads wash up drowned you know it's raining too much.

I found a couple of drowned toads in my yard this morning. Sad creatures.

Worse - thanks to Shrubya we have no National Guard available to deploy to help up there. The news helicopters and LifeFlight have been executing water rescues because there's not much else available.

Wooly High and dry at 712' above mean sea level with 6" in the rain gauge for the past four days

Hi Wooly,

I'm happy to see that you are all right. I know it's a terrible situation down there. I don't know what we would do with that much rain, but we sure could use a couple of days of nice gentle rain that would soak into the ground.

Hugs,

Nora
