My back was aching last night when I went to bed, and it woke me up often throughout the night (lower spine... at the waist area where one of the degenerative disks is), and it feels downright horrible today. So I am off to try to find a comfortable way to rest my back for the day. The way it feels right now is making me feel sick to my stomach.
Just wanted to report in that I will definitely be off for the day... and possibly even tomorrow.
