Hi, I read a few comments about reinforcing big panels of stained glass and encountered the expression "brass came". Since english is a second language to me I just could'nt figure out what it was. Even my dictionnary doesn't have the word "came".
Could you describe what it is?

standard stained glass came, but made out of brass rather than lead. came is one type of mechanism used in stained glass to hold the pieces of glass together.
