Fixing a photograph?

Hi, all! :-)

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! :-)

I'm trying to work on my Christmas cards last minute here (still busy with the twins and can't get to my hobby room just yet to make some physically, so we're going the cheap-cheap route this Christmas, plus I just had some dental surgery-a bone graft-today). Where did the year go?!? :-O

We hosted Thanksgiving here, and my family helped with my Christmas tree trimming and decorating. Yesterday my husband's cousin took family pictures of us with my digital camera and they turned out pretty good. I took a few of just the kids by the tree that we liked and want to use to 'pop into' some cheap cards they sell at Sam's Warehouse nearby. Only problem is right on Maya's face in the best picture is a "water spot"!

;-( I know there's a way to fix this digitally but honestly I don't have enough experience with photoshop type programs to do a decent job. Does anyone know of a program or website I can use that might help me remove this from the picture? It's really a cute pic and the twins cooperated (somewhat) and I'd hate to have to get the kids all dressed up again to try another photo 'shoot'. :-)

Thanks in advance for any help! I appreciate it!
