I'm here to tell you no it doesn't. I was doing some organizing today. I made a pile on my table... yeah a little precariously perched, but I was coming right back. Came back to a big mess on the floor. One would think a pile like that falling would make a big noise... no it didn't.

No one hears the pile go over because the crafter in the room is cussing up a storm yelling "oh no oh no don't sweet mother of god NOOOOOO"
