Thanks Rona, there were two or three recipes I can try, I will let you know the results. Pity that they use that much potato starch etc. as well since that is also no good for me.

By the way, I tried to bake a buckwheat bread, recipe as follows, but it was really no good. The dough wouldn't rise (though alcohol was produced, I could smell, so the yeast was ok) and the taste was terrible, so I threw it away.

Buckwheat bread

25 grams fresh yeast 1/4 l lukewarm water 2 teaspoons sugar 400 grams buckwheat flour 3 teaspoons salt

usual way of working. 1st time 30 minutes 2nd time 45 minutes rise. baking

55 minutes 200 Celcius.

Can anyone help me find out the problem?
