Beaded spoons and cheese spreaders

Has anyone seen these at craft shows etc?? They are small utensils that have larger gemstones or rhinestones wired to the handle. Anyone know where to find directions to make these??

I just received a salad spoon/fork set with this on it as a gift- very nice! I have seen similar in a book at Michaels craft store. I bet if you searched Amazon for wire jewelry/gifts or wire wrapping projects you might find it.
