Harry, I STRONGLY advise you to stay away from AOL under any circumstances. Yes, there are some people who are happy with it. There are far more who have issues (from minor to major) which make them unhappy, and a significant number of those who are "trapped" and CANNOT remove AOL from their systems even though they want to. This is called avoiding a known hazardous situation.

Harry, If you are losing your internet connection, here's a suggestion. Your local library is probably online and has computers available for cardholders' use. Our library has no fee for this if you live in the borrowing area and have a library card. For patrons outside of our borrowing area, there is a $2.00 charge per YEAR. You can have 2 one hour sessions a year, set up an email account, etc. I spent a lot of time at the library when my computer crashed last year, it was great. Patti
