The screw in my almost-unused Quilters Do All Hoop (viking) broke the other day while I was trying to hoop something (soft denim). The hoop has aquick release to make it easier to open and close it. The store where I bought it has promised to replace the screw but I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience. I think it was plastic!
