Cindy, The Viking1_PlusOrchidea group on Yahoo is just what you want. They are very helpful. Bookmark the

site too, especially her tips page. Many people have found Jan's videos helpful. I haven't ordered any myself so I can't tell you personally. She used to offer a discount to people who were in the yahoo group. Not sure if she still does. Jan is very helpful. She answered questions for me when I was part of the newsgroup. I now have a Designer 1 so I joined a different yahoo group. The 1+ is a good machine, have fun with it!
