Those prices are reasonble for retail pricing. Anyone with a glass kiln can easily produce those and would probably do so for less than half those prices if you bought quantity. The website erroneously refers to the process as "fusing". Fusing is when multiple layers of glass are heated to melt together. Those tags are just a piece of glass cut to shape and fired in a kiln to "fire` polish" the edges - a VERY quick and inexpensive procedure.
Price would depend entirely on volume. Go to this website and post a request under Business Topics. Almost everyone there would consider producing such as these tags to be beginner level work.
