Lead glass dust
Is glass dust from 45 % lead glass toxic if ingested or in my case breathing in .

Yes.
I see Moonraker already answered your question, but the lead content shouldn't be your only concern. Prolonged exposure to glass dust can cause silicosis:

I normally wet polish my castings , would the glass/lead slurry penatrade my skin and get into my bloodstream ???
