Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to post and wish everybody "all the best" for this holiday season!!!! I know that I haven't been around lately but I have been reading and lurking from time to time but didn't feel very sociable....sorry!!!! :o( The end of the year is always a very sad time for me, as I lost my Mum on Christmas Day 1988 after a 13 week fight with cancer...so I tend to withdraw a little from everything at this time of year. Christmas just doesn't seem the same without her........even after all this time!!!!
However.....I have read your posts about NSSSF's.....SS's and one very SSS that has kept everyone guessing over the last few weeks ....... LOL I too was the recipient of a fantastic package from this same SSS several weeks back....since I sent him something from the UK. But I was forewarned of its arrival and was allowed to open my package!!!!! I knew immediately who your SSS was when someone posted a photo of their Christmas card and it was very similar to the one I had received from Dave. hehehehe!!!! It was fun reading the posts from folks who were not involved in the SS swap yet had been showered with goodies. :o)
Dave...you are one very kind & generous guy....I am very humbled by your generosity!!!!! My package was overflowing with 3 beautiful paper packs, a Text Prints pack, cardstock pack, loads of diecuts/frames and some Scottish and UK paper as well.....WOW!!!!!! I have spent the last few weeks drooling over all the beautiful things. I feel so very lucky to have been included in your gift giving. (((((hugs to you)))) You are a very special person.....TY, TY, TY!!!!!!!
