I called verizon today, and guess what? I HAVE been missing e-mails. Apparently there was this 'spam detector' thing that I didn't know about and instead of deleting all the e-mails it was holding them. I had something like 150 messages out there that was causing my account to go over quota.
Go figure.
So... sorry all! It's all cleaned out and I shouldn't have any more problems!!! :-)
