I'm looking for a poly envelope big enough to contain
8.5x11 sheets of paper in a three ring binder
But here is the catch. These sheet "pockets" must have a zip lock closure or some kind of closure that will absolutely NOT let anything fall from the pocket once sealed
I had a thought...if you don't have the need to re-open it but just want it to be sealed once the LO is inside, could you use a normal
8.5x11 page protector and seal the top closed with one of those kitchen vacuum sealers that fuses the plastic together? I don't know what they are called but they are fairly common now.
I use a three ring binder with with page protectors and clear plastic dividers with pockets. If you are able to find pockets with zippers in the 81/2 by 11 size let me know. I have only been able to find the pencil bag size and I use that to hold the bills. I did find some pockets at Target but they didn't have the holes to put in a 3 ring binder. I mostly use this 3 ring binder as a place to store the kids papers from school, calendar, and bills.
I recently started using the expandable files to store the years bills by month instead of by company. It makes it so much easier and faster to file them away. At the end of the year the years bills will be all together. I still have files for some companies , Insurance, Home, and cars and taxes. I think I might get an expandable to hold all of the taxes together too and one for receipts and warranties. I keep everything in a double drawer filing cabinet but you can easily store them on a shelf and label bottom so you can reach it easily.
Oh and I remember CM had some pockets with a ziplock type zipper to go in their sticker binder . I think they were discontinued but you might call your CMC and ask if she still has some.
