Holiday Embellishment Box

Sep 29, 2007 6 Replies

After searching for months for a new, more compact box for the Holiday embellishments, I've found one I'm happy with, a lot of room but small enough to fit into a Flatrate postal box. Anyone interested in another round? Because the box is so full, I won't be looking for initial contributions. When the box reaches you, handmade embellishments will be especially welcome. Because the fall holidays are so close (somebody seems to have put September on fast-forward), I'd like to get it started early next week. Let me know what y'all think!

I'm still working on getting the first one back.

I am definitely interested in participating in the Holiday embellishment box! Sign me up when its time! :-) Linda

I think I'll pass this round Mel... We're pretty short on fundage ATM and trying to economise wherever we can.

This box works like Deb's regular embellishment box, except that the contents are holiday related. When the box reaches each person, she takes out what she would like, then replaces it with other items on a roughly one for one basis. Then sends it on to the next person. The box goes into a Flat Rate postal box, which costs about $8.50-$9.00 to mail, regardless of weight or distance. There are full details in the Swaps section of the RCS website. So far I have Chrissy, Kate and LindaC on the list. I'd like to mail this by Friday. Anyone else?
