I sent out several RAK's On Oct 28th. Of all of them I haven't heard from some of the recipients as to whether it go there or not.....

I don't know who you sent to in the UK but they have had a postal strike recently and mail is backed up so much it could take weeks for it to get sorted out - and then the Christmas mail will slow things down further so perhaps your rak hasn't reached there yet.
As for Canada - Canada Post is hopelessly slow lol sometimes I get things from the US in two days and sometimes it takes two weeks.
