OT: DEB and KENDA...tornados in the little rock and jacksonville area?

Yes, we're both fine. I called Kenda about 8:00 yesterday morning but had to leave a message. Then she called me later to check on me. LOL

Our 2 kiddos were already in bed when the sirens went off. I had just put on my pjs. LOL DD woke up very quickly when I woke her up and was coherent enough to go into the bathroom. DS, well, I wound up just carrying him. I think he woke up on the way down the hall. LOL DH got the two of them corralled in the bathroom (safest room) while I round up the furbabies. Digit just let me interrupt his sleep and carry him. Nikkie was a totally different story. She was comfy, so why should she go with me? But we all managed to come out ok. It was just a long night and nobody wanted to move on Friday. The good thing is there doesn't seem to be any damage to our property.

I hadn't thought about posting here that we were ok. Am I in big trouble? I promise to be good, don't take my toys or paper away!

It's rained off and on since Tuesday. We just went through another round of tornado watch/warning this morning, close to lunch time. The sirens went off at our house so off to the safe room with furbabies I went. After the

2nd siren or so I checked the weather, though. They hadn't spotted any tornados so I just sat and kept an eye on the weather. From what I understand, no actual tornados touched down, just heavy rain and some flooding around the area. Welcome to spring in AR! The good news is that all the rain over the past few days has washed all the green pollen off my black SUV. When the black SUV looks slime-lime green, the pollen is BAD! LOL
