Hi guys,

Remember awhile ago I mentioned my favorite store "amazing savings?" Well it's going out of business. Boo Hoo :-(

Well Jolee's by You was selling out at $0.10 each. It is their flower line.

I'm gonna go back tomorrow as it is their last full day of business until they sell the display cases etc. I was wondering if anyone wanted the stickers or paperkins paper dolls. I don't know what is left but they were condensing stores into the huge one here in Kew Garden Hills.

We're supposed to get a nor'easter but heck I'm an enabler and am willing to drive overthere for the cheapest stuff. They were closing for the day or I would have grabbed more. they open at 9 a.m. and I plan to be there at 8 just for parking. Let me know ok.

Heck the foam mounted stamps were a penny.

Kate I am all for helping you enable me and besides I love those little flowers!!! If there are any left, get me two of every color that they have! I'll be happy to paypal you $20.00 to include one of those $3.85 priority envelopes. That way you can do some shopping on me! Only one caveat, don't go if the storm is too bad! I wouldn't want to hear that you were in an accident!!

HI M-C and Barb,

I just got back and I will see how many sets I got and then will divy up the group.

Lord you would think people would watch out. I had to fight for a few things and to double check that my diamond was still in my engagement ring as one person practically snatched it out my hand as well -- taking the finger with it. LOL.

Since i know the manager he pulled me aside and told me that the Brooklyn store is doing inventory today and wanted to know how much I was willing to spend in total for scrapbooking supplies and he'd put them aside -- including discontinued Sizzix dies. they are selling the dies for 50 cents each and a dollar for the alphabets. So he called the store and told them that a business owner (me) would be coming either tomorrow or Wednesday (depending on the storm).

Now to convince the DH to dip into the savings for "eBay related purchases"

Now to eat lunch before I forget again.

HI Guys,

The manager just called me to say that the Brooklyn store won't be opening up again and that all the stores are officially closed.

However, since I am/was such a good customer and client he will buy the items we discussed when the balance is sold off to the employees at a greater discount. All I had to do is send him the money by paypal. Which I just did only I sent him 1/2 and the balance when we meet to swap the items for the money.

I have his home phone and his cell phone and know where he lives so getting my stuff won't be hard.

When I get the stuff I'll offer it to you guys first then eBay/Overstock.
